Our olive oil tasting experience takes you on a sensory journey through Corfu’s most treasured product. The Details

The experience begins at a traditional olive press where you’ll learn about the harvest process, from tree to bottle, and the differences between early and late harvest oils.

You’ll taste 4-5 different extra virgin olive oils, learning to identify fruity, peppery, and bitter notes — the hallmarks of high-quality oil.

The tasting is accompanied by freshly baked local bread, village olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, and seasonal fruits. Each guest takes home a bottle of premium single-estate olive oil as a souvenir.
