The space
Windrose apartment in Ipsos are new-built houses only 50 meters from the beach of Ipsos in Cyprus. As you enter the house you first come to the living room. Room is decorated in a modern, minimalist style. Entertainment happens thanks to smart T.V. with Netflix in living room and wifi is available in all spaces. The living room has a dining area with four chairs. The dining table is the perfect place to plan your days together or chat with friends enjoying a glass of wine. There is a separate work desk for work on a computer. There is also a separate private table on the terrace of the house. There you will find a large umbrella to relax on the hot summer days. Outside you will find a large pool shared with the apartments and guests of our bar. Its use is free.

The Apartment is a ground floor of 40sqm, fully equipped for ultimate comfort. It consists of a bedrooms with a queen size bed. You will find anatomic mattress, bathroom, air-conditioned living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities and dining area. Ideal for a couple.

In the house you will find 1 bathroom with shower.

KITCHEN: The KITCHEN is equipped with the most modern equipment and everything you need to prepare great meals with, electric hot plates, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, nespresso coffee maker with pods. We also provide essentials like tea, coffee, and cooking oils.

Bedrooms: 1 air-conditioned room with queen size bed, full-length mirror, bedside table and open-plan wardrobe hanger. Guests will enjoy a good night’s sleep on lovely comfortable bedding, quality linens, and spotless fluffy towels.

Our team of housekeeping professionals follows the protocol and is always looking for ways to improve their technique.

Linens and bedding:
All linens, towels, and clothes are cleaned in commercial laundry facilities and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excessive contact and minimize the possible spread of germs by transporting dirty sheets in special bags.

Total cleaning and disinfection:
High-contact surfaces in our accommodation are disinfected. This includes wiping of items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, such as keys, doorknobs, table appliances, appliances, electronics and light switches. Soft surfaces and upholstery are also disinfected.

Re-washed tableware:
Housekeepers wash all tableware, including plates, glasses, coffee cups and cutlery, between arrivals
