The space
Windrose apartment in Ipsos is a newly built house just 50 meters from Ipsos beach in Corfu. As you enter the house, you first come to the living room. The room is decorated in a modern, minimalist style. Entertainment is provided by the smart TV with Netflix in the living room and WiFi is available in all areas. The living room has a dining table with four chairs. The dining table is the perfect place to plan your days together or chat with friends while enjoying a glass of wine. There’s a separate desk for your computer work. There is also a separate private table on the terrace of the house. There you will find a large umbrella to relax on hot summer days. Outside you will find a large swimming pool shared with the apartments and guests of our bar. Its use is free of charge.

The apartment is a 70sqm ground floor apartment, fully equipped for absolute comfort. It consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed on the ground floor and another double bed on the first floor. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by an internal modern wooden staircase. You will find an anatomic mattress, a bathroom, an air-conditioned living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities and a dining area. Ideal for couples and families.

In the house you will find 2 bathrooms with shower.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with the most modern equipment and everything you need to prepare delicious meals with electric stoves, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. We also provide basic products such as tea, coffee and cooking oils.

BEDROOMS: 2 Air-conditioned rooms with queen size beds, full-length mirror, bedside table and open type wardrobe hanger. Guests will enjoy sleeping in wonderfully comfortable bedding, quality sheets and sparkling fluffy towels.

BATHROOM: modern decoration with shower, toilet and makeup mirror.

The accommodation was inspected for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols before each guest arrival. Ensure the overall health, safety and quality of each property with regular preventive maintenance, including mechanical testing, appliance maintenance, smoke and CO detector testing and confirmation of access to fire extinguishers.

All our products meet the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.

Trained professionals:
Our team of housekeeping professionals follows the protocol and is always looking for ways to improve their technique.

Linens and bedding:
All linens, towels, and clothes are cleaned in commercial laundry facilities and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excessive contact and minimize the possible spread of germs by transporting dirty sheets in special bags.

Total cleaning and disinfection:
High-contact surfaces in our accommodation are disinfected. This includes wiping of items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, such as keys, doorknobs, table appliances, appliances, electronics and light switches. Soft surfaces and upholstery are also disinfected.

Re-washed tableware:
Housekeepers wash all tableware, including plates, glasses, coffee cups and cutlery, between arrivals
