The space
Windrose apartment in Ipsos are new-built houses only 50 meters from the beach of Ipsos in Cyprus. As you enter the house you first come to the living room. Room is decorated in a modern, minimalist style. Entertainment happens thanks to smart T.V. with Netflix in living room and wifi is available in all spaces. The living room has a dining area with four chairs. The dining table is the perfect place to plan your days together or chat with friends enjoying a glass of wine. There is a separate work desk for work on a computer. There is also a separate private table on the terrace of the house. There you will find a large umbrella to relax on the hot summer days. Outside you will find a large pool shared with the apartments and guests of our bar. Its use is free.

The Apartment is a 70sqm ground floor, fully equipped for ultimate comfort. It consists of one bedroom with queen size bed on the ground floor and another double bed on the first floor. The ground floor with the first floor communicate with an internal modern wooden staircase. You will find anatomic mattress, bathroom, air-conditioned living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities and dining area. Ideal for couples and families

In the house you will find 2 bathrooms with shower.

KITCHEN: The KITCHEN is equipped with the most modern equipment and everything you need to prepare great meals with, electric hot plates, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, nespresso coffee maker with pods. We also provide essentials like tea, coffee, and cooking oils.

Bedrooms: 2 air-conditioned rooms with queen size beds, full length mirror, bedside table and open-plan wardrobe hanger. Guests will enjoy a good night’s sleep on lovely comfortable bedding, quality linens, and spotless fluffy towels.

The home was inspected to comply with cleaning, safety, and maintenance protocols before each guest arrival. It ensured the overall health, safety, and quality of each property with regular preventive maintenance, including engineers testing, appliance maintenance, smoke detectors and CO testing, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.

Cleaning products registered in the EPA:
All of our products meet the criteria of the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) for use against the COVID-19 virus.

Trained Professionals:
Our team of practitioners follow the protocol and are always looking for ways to improve their technique.

Linens and Linens:
All bed linen, towels and clothes are cleaned in commercial quality laundry facilities and as instructed by the CDC. We eliminate excessive contact and minimize the possible spread of germs by carrying in special bags the dirty sheets.

Overall cleaning and disinfection:
High contact surfaces in our home are disinfected. This includes wiping down all items that guests, owners, and service providers such as keys, doorknobs, table appliances, appliances, electronics, and lights switches. As well as disinfecting soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed dinnerware:
Housekeepers rewashed all dinnerware including plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals
